What you do:
You are the first point of contact for our security agents and clients. You ensure efficient staff deployment, monitor assignments in real-time, and respond quickly to emergencies or last-minute changes.

• Strong organisational skills

• Good knowledge of dispatch software or willingness to learn

• Willingness to work shifts (day, evening, occasional weekend)

• Communicative, problem-solving, and reliable
